This is a letter of recommendation for Jacob Letner. My wife Diane and I fell into the graces of Jacob much by accident. We owned a small ranch property in Concho Valley that we sold and decided to buy land in the Show Low area. We contacted a local real estate office, which also had a development and construction division, and decided we would use this office to purchase the property from and build the house. After the deal on the land was done, the construction division went out of business. But in a stroke of luck turned us over to LD&B, and we could not have been any happier. Diane and Jacob spent several months perfecting the house plans that we wanted and the work began. We live a ways away, so I was a little nervous. I have a friend who lives in Linden and he would go by and check up on the project for me, and was happy to see the quality of the work. When we made trips over there we were impressed with the work also, and Jacob and crew would welcome us to tour the place.
I could go on and on but the net of the story is that Jacob and the crews he has at LD&B, LLC. are top notch. He has a key to my house, ask him to show you around and you can see for yourself.
